Contract Writing

6 hour course in contract writing held in classroom style format.

Note that Arizona Department of Real Estate requires proof of completion of a 6 hour contract course when applying for a salesperson’s license. This is in addition to the 90 hour pre-licensing course and does apply to the 24 hour continuing education requirement for licensees.
